Asian bass fish (Lates calcarifer)

Sea bass is one of the best in the world in terms of quality and taste. It has a mild smell and pleasant flesh, it does not have a fine razor. There are about 19.5 grams of protein and 0.1 grams of fat in every 100 grams of Asian sea bass fish. Calcium, phosphorus, iron and potassium are minerals and B vitamins and omega 3 are other values of this fish. It is between 400 to 1000 grams and is suitable for grilling, frying, stew (fish stew) and breadcrumbs.

This fish is native to the Barmand region of Australia and is currently bred in a large area of brackish water in the south of the country.
