Asian sea bass
Sea bass is one of the best in the world in terms of quality and taste. It has a mild smell and a pleasant flesh; it does not have a fine razor. There are approximately 19.5 grams of protein and 0.1 grams of fat in every 100 grams of Asian sea bass fish. Calcium, phosphorus, iron and potassium are minerals and B vitamins and omega 3 are other values of this fish. The fish is between 400 and 1000 grams and is suitable for grilling, frying, stew (fish stew) and fried.
This fish is native to the endemic region of Australia and is currently bred in a large area of brackish water in the south of the country. The consortium produced and processed Asian sea bass fish has the highest level of quality and health.
